Velonia support
Email support@velonia.app. Please include your iPad model, your trainer (and power meter or heart-rate strap, if you use one), and what happened.
What you need
- An iPad.
- A smart trainer that connects over Bluetooth. Velonia controls trainers that use FTMS or FE-C over Bluetooth, and it can also read a Bluetooth power meter and heart-rate strap.
Velonia has been tested most on the Tacx NEO Bike Smart. If your trainer won't connect or doesn't behave as it should, please tell us which one it is. iPads don't support ANT+, so Velonia uses Bluetooth only.
If your trainer won't connect
- Close other training apps, and disconnect any bike computer that's controlling the trainer. Many trainers take only one controlling connection at a time.
- Check that Velonia is allowed to use Bluetooth: in your iPad's Settings, go to Privacy & Security → Bluetooth and turn Velonia on.
- Wake the trainer by pedalling a few strokes, then open Devices from Velonia's home screen.
- Still stuck? Turn the trainer off and on again, try once more, and email us.
Restoring your unlock
On a new iPad, or after reinstalling: on Velonia's home screen, tap Unlock everything, then Restore purchase. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.
Refunds
Apple handles purchases and refunds. You can ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Exporting your rides
Tap Export FIT on the results card after a ride, or open History and tap a ride. The share sheet lets you save the file or send it to another app, so you can upload it to your training log. Velonia's roads are fictional, so the ride's map shows a spot on open ocean.
Your data
Velonia stores everything on your iPad and collects nothing about you. See the privacy policy.
